**Refund and Returns Policy for Belivera.co**

**Overview**
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your reed diffuser must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and packaged in its original box.

**Non-Returnable Items**
To uphold our quality and safety standards for fragrance products, the following items cannot be returned:
– Reed diffusers that have been opened or used.
– Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (including fragrance oil refills).
– Gift cards.

**The Return Process**
For us to process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:
– Any item that is not in its original state or damaged due to reasons outside our control.
– Any item returned beyond 30 days after delivery.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about whether your refund has been approved or denied. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically appear on your original payment method (such as Stripe or PromptPay) within several business days.

**Late or Missing Refunds:**
Please check your bank account again.

Reach out to your credit card company; there might be a delay before the refund reflects officially.

**Sale Items & Exchanges**
Sale Items: Refunds are only available on regular-priced items; sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged (for example, broken glassware or leaking bottles). For an exchange request, please email us at support@belivera.co.

**Shipping Returns**
To initiate a return of your product, mail it to: 44, 57 Soi 2 Khlong Sam Khlong Luang District Pathum Thani 12120 You will bear the cost of shipping returns which is non-refundable.
Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from what you’re owed.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service since we cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned item.
